Currently we have one service at 9 a.m. Join us here, or if you are uncomfortable coming in, worship will still be online on Sunday mornings.
We invite you to worship with us at 9 a.m. on Sundays and to Shepherd’s Kids and Adult Faith Formation and Fellowship at 10 a.m. Our confirmation students meet on Wednesdays during the school year at 6 pm.
Sunday 9:00 a.m. Worship is led by Pastor and other worship leaders. You will experience beautiful piano and organ from Sue as well as hear from our choirs. This service is the service that some might classify as “Traditional.” During this service, you are invited to utilize the prayer station that is available at the front of the sanctuary.
At Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, we don’t subscribe to the labels “traditional” and “contemporary” for our worship services. We don’t like to say that one is more kid-friendly than the other. Because truth be told, those labels and descriptions wouldn’t be true! Both services are enjoyable for younger children with ample opportunity for all to be involved!
All baptized Christians are invited to receive Holy Communion which we offer every Sunday.
June – August we offer a 10 am service as part of Praise in the Park. Praise in the Park is a collaborative effort of 5 ELCA congregations in Eau Claire and takes place each Sunday, 10 am, at Phoenix Park. The 5 congregations rotate who is preaching, leading music, reading, doing the Children’s message, and presiding over communion each week. It is a wonderful time of worship enjoying God’s beautiful creation.
