On Sunday we kicked off our 5 week sermon series, “Who are we? We value…”
We heard what it means to be a church that values deep meaningful relationships that cross generations for the sake of the Gospel. The values that follow are how we live that out as the community of faith that is Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.
Over the next four weeks we will be looking at our values and what they mean for us as people of faith.
These values are rooted in scripture. This statement is the result of the work of the Strategic Plan team and the many conversations they have had around the data and responses collected through the Congregation Conversation, the Congregation Survey, and conversations with community partners. These values are things that we, as Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, will not waver on. These values are at the core of who we are as a congregation, and they are things that anyone that comes into any experience here at Good Shepherd is going to experience.
